Superb location to enjoy Stirling and explore Scotland.

Three bedroom semi-detached house for self-catering holiday rental in Stirling, in the centre of Scotland.
Stirling is the historic town of Brave Heart and William Wallace and is ideally situated for  Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Highlands and Central Scotland.
The house is in easy driving distance to all the principal motorways and is walking distance to the bus station and train station. The town centre is about 400 metres.
Our price structure is simple:

Oct to April 455 GBP per week
May           490 GBP per week
June&Sept  560 GBP per week
July&Aug    665 GBP per week
The minimum stay is 3 nights and for bookings that are not exact weeks we just calculate pro rata according to the number of nights. The price quoted is the final price: no extras.

Downstairs has a living room, large kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, one has two singles and the smaller room has one single. Total sleeping capacity is 5 persons.
From the kitchen there is a patio-door that opens onto a small patio with flower-pots and garden shed.
There are table and chairs for outside dining (sometimes kept in the shed)
The house is no-smoking and we do not accept pets.
